A man in Bartow, Florida was exonerated from rape charges due to new evidence that was provided by the latest DNA testing. James Bain was charged with kidnapping, burglary and strong arm rape thirty five years ago. A 9 year old boy accused Bain of rape after identifying him as his rapist from a series of pictures shown to him by the police. The 9 year old boy was kidnapped and raped by an older man after being dragged out of his house where he was sleeping with his siblings.
           

Mr. Bain is currently ecstatic after finding out that he will be released from jail after spending thirty five years in prison.
